In the book five feet apart by Racheal Lippincott, Mikki Daughtry, and Tobias Iaconis we meet Stella and Will who live in the hospital for the time being because they both have a terrible disease with a chance of no survival. The only way to keep them both alive is to keep them 5 feet apart so they don't get each other even sicker.
